Time to appointment with GP Ease/difficulty with accessing service 3-day wait as barrier to care Reasons for unplanned pregnancy, eg lack of access to contraception, failed contraception Clinical factors- eg gestation, patient satisfaction, completion rate, incomplete/failed rate, infection rate , no needing hospital care Infrastructure- number needing to contact helpline between visits, number using OOH, number making contact with GP between visits,visits, number of scans, bloods, anti D etc. Time spent in each consultation Provider experience
