Analysis of alternatives and trade-space studies: a highly focused analysis-based study used to support complex decisions and assist leadership in selecting the most cost-effective alternative by illuminating the risk, uncertainty, and relative advantages and disadvantages of alternatives being considered. Requirements documentation, mission needs analyses, capability based assessments: the identification of needs outlined in strategic guidance or operational concepts, determination of gaps and redundancies, and potential solutions. Acquisition strategy, program management, test and evaluation, risk management: WBB acquisition support provides acquisition expertise and coordination between all stakeholders or IPT members, helping to ensure successful milestones. Logistics and life-cycle support: ensures that sustainment is integral in the design considerations and strategies developed to support a program. Business-case analyses (BCA): a fundamental tool to support performance-based logistics (PBL) strategy decisions. A PBL BCA considers not only cost, but also other quantifiable and non-quantifiable factors supporting an investment decision. Organizational structure and alignment, business process improvement: WBB developed a unique and compelling process to rapidly gain a deep understanding of the gap between an organization’s required capabilities and its capacity to produce products and services.  We focus on value creation through customer collaboration, domain expertise, tailored methodologies, and innovative solutions 5/2/2019
