What is a Maine Coon? A Maine Coon is a domestic cat. It lives with humans. They love to hunt.

Maine Coons Maine Coons have large and round paws. They have a broad chest. Also they have a tail that would make a fox proud.

The First Maine Coon The first Maine coon cat was registered at a show in New York in the year of 1861. His name was “Captain Jenks Of The Horse Marines.” I bet the people were amazed when they saw him.

What does a Maine Coon eat? All Maine Coons eat meat and fish, but most house cats eat dried cat food. Kittens love their moms milk. However milk can make full grown cats sick.
