Identifying the opportunities for Growth and Improvement Input: Thoughtful energy Output: List of opportunities Process: Round table discussion on existing and emerging industry needs Identify gaps – where programs seem to be inadequately preparing graduates What would make a graduate a better overall match? What would make a graduate ramp their job performance faster? Identify future gaps – where opportunities are expected to require program adjustments What are the emerging challenges where the best chance to pursue the opportunity is through a recent college graduate (RCG) that has specialized in the area? What joint venture opportunities can we develop to benefit the community, the council members, and ORU’s next set of graduates?
