FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CAPITAL BUDGETING: Capital budgeting involves the entire process of planning expenditures whose returns are expected to extend beyond one year. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CASH BUDGET: Budgets are similar to standards in several ways: They are of the future performance of our organization. They help people within an organization plan the future and They enable people to know how well they and the rest of the organization have performed. Budgetary Control: The comparison of actual results against budget; The identification, recording and communication of controllable differences; and The taking of corrective action either to maintain budget levels or to re-plan to meet recent developments.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CASH BUDGET: A Cash Budget is arrived at through a projection of future cash receipts and cash disbursements of the firm over various intervals of time. It reveals the timing and amount of expected cash inflows and outflows over the period studied.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CASH FLOWS STATEMENTS Cash flows statement is basically a summary of all the entries that are normally recorded in the cash book. Funds flow statement means the funds received by the company and their how it uses.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT RATIO ANALYSIS: The term Ratio refers to the numerical or quantitative relationship between two items / variables, expressed in a simple mathematical form.
