Share the Warmth Financial Assistance Program Key points: If you meet the criteria, you will receive a one time relief credit on your bill (a maximum of $200.00 dollars). This credit would appear on your bill within 30-60 days of approval. It does not matter if your bill reflects services rendered in 2013. Example: If you received your January bill and you could not afford to pay your December bill, the additive would appear on the January bill. The total amount will be taken into consideration for the relief credit.
