Checking Availability First, you must access Astra room scheduler. This can be done two ways: Through web client - Through blue view - Your log in is your drake id and you use the same password that you would use for accessing blue view. In Blue View, click on Room Events Scheduler. (You may have to log on a second time.) Click on Schedules Put in start date of event Put in end date of event (often the same) Start time, End time, Building and Room Set Filter; then hit Apply Filter (This shows you if there is an event in the room.) Please note that Astra does not track availability of conference rooms. Please contact individual noted.
