Issue 44 The PoA Capability bitmap has one bit for Security (Y/N) However, just 1-bit is not useful for representing security capability If finer granularity of information is useful at higher layers, re-visit the bitmap format for this information 21-06-0723-00-0000

Discussion TYPE_IE_NETWORK_SECURITY is supposed to contain media-specific, detailed security properties Given that, do we need additional detailed information in PoA Capability bitmap? 21-06-0723-00-0000
