PRACTICAL ACTIVITY & GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

Personality Sculptures

Task Talk with your classmates to get to know them, their personality, and their traits Use the gathered information to make an abstract sculpture which represents their personality

HEALTH & SAFETY BE CAREFUL USING SCISSORS THE ROOM IS CROWDED, WATCH YOUR MOVEMENTS CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF

STEPS Using the questionnaire provided, gather some information about your peer 2. Make up your own questions and record that information as well!

STEPS 3. Write a list of personality traits of your partner 4. Do this together so you agree on the list

STEPS 5. From your list, Select two contrasting or opposite traits

STEPS 6. Consider what each trait would look like and sketch those shapes in pencil

STEPS 7. Using scissors pencil and card, cut out a range of shapes based on your sketches

STEPS 8. Using a piece of card as a base, start to build your sculpture by taping your shapes to the card and building on the shapes to create a sculpture
