Adoption of RDA DTR and PIT in the Deep Carbon Observatory Data Portal Objectives Each defined data type has a stable and resolvable PID Provide semantics - meaning & context - to defined data types Annotate datasets with one or more defined data types Nature of Efforts Design Feedback RDA DTR and PIT methodology is highly implementable, especially in the Semantic Web The technical framework of DTR and PIT can be adapted or extended for production uses Suggest to explore an API for curated data type information
