If you don’t take care of your body, Where will you live?

PHYSICAL EDUCATION and “ALL SYSTEMS GO”

How different systems of the human body work when we are doing PE.

But what happens in our body? Our body needs food ! But what happens in our body?

The food goes from your mouth into your stomach where it will be digested

The digestive system will process the food into energy

To get the energy to our muscles we need two body systems: The circulatory system (our heart and arteries) The respiratory system (our lungs)

Our muscles need both oxygen and energy to be able to do sport Our muscles need both oxygen and energy to be able to do sport. Our heart will pump the blood through our cardiovascular system to the rest of our body.

The harder you run the more energy and oxygen your muscles need. The harder your heart needs to beat to pump the blood around.

The stronger your muscles get!
