Staying Tobacco Free Ninety percent of adult smokers report having started smoking before the age of 18. If you avoid using tobacco now, there is a strong possibility that you won’t start smoking as an adult.

There is no question that resisting negative peer pressure can be difficult. These tips will help you resist negative peer pressure. The S.T.O.P. strategy is: Say no. Tell why. Offer another idea.
