ESF launch Conference 6-7 February 2014 Towards a more effective and efficient ESF

Practical details Where: in Brussels (venue tbc) When: 6-7 February 2014 How long: a day and a half finishing lunchtime Friday We will contact you with more details concerning the venue, the programme and the registration process very shortly.

Participants 300 participants expected, including: 6 people per MS, European Social Partners, Members of the civil society, Officials from the Commission. We would like to ask each MA to please send us the name of 6 participants. Amongst these 6 participants we would welcome the presence of: at least two members of the ESF managing authority or intermediary bodies; national experts for the policies covered by the ESF (employment, social inclusion and education; they might be representatives of the EMCO and/or SPC Committee); social partners; and representatives from the other ESI Funds managing authorities.

Language Please note that the conference will be divided into plenary sessions and workshops. Translation will be provided for the plenary sessions only (EN-DE-FR: active and passive). In order to ensure interactivity, the workshops will be run exclusively in English.
