Responsibility: Controlling our Anger Reflection week beginning 17th October 2016

Taking Responsibility for our actions and emotions This weeks’ reflection is about taking responsibility for our actions, but also for our characters and the way we are with others. Remember Aristotle from last week: “We are what we repeatedly do” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEx89EWvUuo&feature=youtu.be Watch the video clip

Responsibility: A Reflection Anger can be justified if we see unfairness, cruelty or bullying However, it is very important that it does not control us. Anger should motivate us to want to change things in a POSITIVE way.
