Warm-Up Write 44 in word form. Write 103 in word form. Write two thousand, five hundred seventy-five in numerical form. Write four hundred one in numerical form.

Place Value with Decimals Target: Identify place value of decimals to thousandths.

Vocabulary Decimal: A number with a digit in the tenths place, hundredths place, etc.

Example 1 Write 431.25 in word form. Fill in the place-value chart for the number.
