Instructions for Following Directions/Cooperative Activity Divide students into groups of 4 Each group is given a bag with 4 pieces of string (12 inches each) one of each color: blue, red, yellow, and green. Each student in the group gets a piece of string. Show students the next 5 slides and have them work in their cooperative groups to construct the “String Thing”.
