Field Safety for Industrial Pretreatment Program (IPP) Facility Inspections- Become as knowledgeable as possible about the facilitys past and current site conditions. Hazards Awareness- review files, facilitys written safety and workers right to know program, types of equipment on site, chemicals stored on site, physical condition of site. Arrange to tour the facility with someone who is familiar with the site. Expect the unexpected – Hilo, horns, noise, etc.

Facility Inspection Confined Space – Non-Permit Required Confined Space A confined space that does not contain, or with respect to atmospheric hazard, have the potential to contain any hazard capable of causing death or serious physical harm.
