Anzac Day – 25th April

What is the date of Anzac Day? On 25th of April of 1915 Australian and New Zealand army corps landed on Gallipoli to fight. Many Australian soldiers died and we commemorate the sacrifice made by Australian soldiers on 25th of April.

Why do we remember Anzac Day? The 25th of April soon became the day on which Australians remember the sacrifice of those who had died in the war. The Anzacs were courageous and although the Gallipoli campaign failed in its military objectives, the Australian and New Zealand actions during the campaign left us all a powerful legacy

What is the Dawn Service? The Dawn Service is a public ceremony normally conducted by the Returned and Services League of Australia with involvement across all three Services of the Australian Defence Force

What is the Anzac Day March? The Anzac Day March public comes together to remember soldiers between 4:30 to 6 am Australian people read a latter to respect the soldiers who died in WWI. At 6 am the army March front of people. And soldiers played on the bugle.
