Next few years… We still want users to come to us… Make your own publication Print-On-Demand Personalized pages Better and simpler tools Cross-institution portals … but we will also need to go to them! Mediators, other web-pages RSS-feeds Web-queries Hand-held media And we need to listen more carefully (two ears, one mouth)
