Cholesterol is important for good health. What is Diet Cholesterol is important for good health. 

Exercise How does the body get too much cholesterol? High blood cholesterol can run in families.    How does the body get too much cholesterol? Exercise Your diet may include too many foods high in cholesterol. 

How will I benefit by lowering my cholesterol? Lowering cholesterol levels can reduce the risk of developing heart diseases.   Lowering cholesterol levels can reduce the risk for those with heart disease.

Understanding Cholesterol is measured through a simple blood test known as a lipoprotein profile.

What cholesterol levels are considered good? HDL LDL

Are there other ways to prevent heart disease? Avoid smoking  Minimize stress
