Either you or your partner needs to log on to your computer. ONLY ONE OF YOU!!

Title your project the name of your virus and class period Go to Google Drive Select “New” Select “Google Slide” Title your project the name of your virus and class period Example: Influenza Pd. 1 Push the + sign so that you have 13 more slides Go back to the 2nd slide: you will now type who is responsible for each slide/topic= this should be split evenly between you and your partner!

Label Slides Slide 2: Identify the organism (Scientific and common name) Slide 3: History: Short History about the disease, who named/founded it, who isolated it. Slide 4: Microscopic view: Picture of the virus/bacteria that causes your disease (under the microscope). Slide 5: Map: Map of where your diseases’ hot zone is located. Slide 6: Timeline: Timeline of when and where your disease occurred to today's findings. Slide 7: Symptoms: List symptoms of the disease.

Slide 8: Life Cycle- How is this disease transmitted (life cycle)? Slide 9: Prevention/cure -How can this disease be broken or prevented or cure for this disease? If so what is it called, who discovered it and when? Slide 10: Society and effects on other people- What effect does this disease have/ has had on society? Slide 11(Both of you add to this slide): Interesting facts Slide 12 (Both of you add to this slide): Sources (min of 3)

Now put you or your partners initials next to each title so you know who is responsible for each slide. You should also share information help each other so that the presentation flows and is complete with the best information possible.
