MU-MIMO Ad-hoc chairs Brian Hart Sameer Vermani Robert Stacey Chairs will rotate. Take turns in running the meetings. Primary responsibility is to ensure that work progresses in the ad-hoc

MU-MIMO Ad-hoc Operating Rules (1) According to 11/09-0059r4*: Ad Hoc Groups can establish their own decision-making rules as appropriate for the task (Decision by 2/3 majority of Ad Hoc group participants recommended) In the case a consensus can not be reached within an Ad Hoc group (a stalemate that prohibits further progress), the subject will be brought up in front of the Taskgroup where 75% approval rate will be required. A vote of 50% in the Ad Hoc group shall be sufficient to move an issue to the Taskgroup.
