Benefits Increased Employer Engagement Employers feel like someone is listening to them. Employers have developed contacts and have a better understanding of the whole system Systemic Challenges were Identified Example: Clinical space highly limited Resulted in dialog amongst all partners on solutions for challenges Everyone is now on the literal same page (Employers, Educators, Workers, Workforce Organizations) From Frontline to C Suite, from CTE to FTE There is a process that can be replicated as needed with other high growth areas
