Organizational updates Aim: intelligence sharing and benchmarking Many of us have to make the case for investment learning and development in our organizations, We are also tasked to monitor the quality of training and understand its impact In this session we share the metrics we use to measure the scale, scope and effectiveness of training. We also share information on quality improvement, contribution to global training and the key drivers for change.
