Step 1-Speak to a member of staff in the area you have an issue with Step 2 - Still not happy: Speak to the PALS Team here at the Hospital, or visit the office by main reception, call them on 01517024353 or email PALS@lwh.nhs.uk PALS - Try and sort your concern as quickly as possible Step 4 - Still not happy: If you still don’t feel that your concerns have been addressed the Patient Experience team can guide you on how to make a formal complaint Step 3 - Still not happy: The team can organise a meeting with you and the relevant people in the hospital to help sort your concerns, this is called PALS+
