Peer Revision Questions

Organization Does the writer introduce the setting effectively? Do you have a clear idea of who the protagonist of the story is? How about the antagonist(s)? As a reader, can you easily follow the writer's flow of ideas? At any point in the story, do you feel lost or confused?

Development Does the writer establish a main conflict? Is it clearly developed and explained? Does the connection between the characters, plot, and setting express the main idea of the moral lesson?

Writing Conventions Style Are the sentences and word choices varied? Grammar and Mechanics Does the writer use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling? Are there any issues with any of these elements that make the writing unreadable or confusing? Revision Strategy Suggestions What are two or three main revision suggestions that you have for the writer?
