Unauthorized USES East overflow lot (EOL) & South overflow lot (sol) 1988-present 3/21/2009 4/4/2009 Parking on EOL for: Crossroads of the West Gun Show, Harvest Festival Original Art & Craft Show, and San Dieguito Boys and Girls Club “Classic Hollywood Gala.” Parking on EOL, SOL and driving range wetlands for: Diamond Jubilee Morgan Horse Show, Good Guys , Del Mar Hot Rod & Custom Car Nationals, San Diego Derby Dolls, and Signature 2 County Horse Show.

Unauthorized USES East overflow lot (EOL) & South overflow lot (sol) 1988-present 11/24/2009 3/2/2010 Use of Fairground’s main parking lot for Cirgue du Soleil carnival diverts all parking to EOL. Non-permitted sign on Fairgrounds property less than 100 feet from the San Dieguito River.

Unauthorized activities at the property have had an adverse impact on coastal wetlands at and adjacent to the Fairgrounds South Overflow Parking Lot (SOL) and the East Overflow Parking Lot (EOL) during floods as viewed looking north from Del Mar hillside 2/18/2008
