Psalm 105:1-4

Introduction It's easy to “give thanks” when we’re blessed with what we believe to be good. How often do we give God thanks for things we think evil? For Christians, thanksgiving should be a daily lifestyle.

We Thank God Because…

a He is our Creator. Psalm 8 a He is our Provider a He is our Creator. Psalm 8 a He is our Provider. Psalm 65:9-13 a He is our Redeemer. Ephesians 1:7

a Thanksgiving is a medicine against discouragement a Thanksgiving is a medicine against discouragement. James 1:2 a Because God Works Everything Out For Good. Romans 8:28 a And, Because He said so. 1 Thessalonians 5:18

Still, many do not give God thanks a They may recognize God a But, they do not give Him thanks a To these God allows to be depraved. Rom. 1:20ff

Conclusion Still finding it hard to ‘be thankful’? Count your many blessings. Name them, one by one. It will surprise you what the Lord has done.
