The clinical trials that have defined modern clinical care of patients with advanced-stage melanoma are shown with colour-coding to identify each study. The BRF113220, COMBI-d, COMBI-v and CoBRIM trials were performed only in patients with BRAFV600E/K-mutant melanoma.
