Action Learning From Andrew Clarke Refugee Assessment and Guidance Unit London Met. University

Action Learning Set cycle The participants take it in turn to present a topic which is an issue of challenge for them; The other participants ask open questions to help clarify what the issues are and to help the presenter identify options for action; The presenter decides on a course of action; At a meeting of the set usually 6 weeks later, progress on the planned action is reviewed
