According to the passage and your knowledge, what is the most important example of a legacy that came from the crowning of William the Conqueror as king of England? A. Christmas Day became the traditional date for crowning English kings. B. The modern form of English was created through the blending of French and Anglo-Saxon languages. C. Westminster Abbey became the location of the coronation of all English kings. D. Thenceforth all English kings came from the French province of Normandy.
