. Team: Date: Session: Creating Space in Limited Space 31/12/2018 Organisation: 3 Forwards in Circle 2 high and 1 low, 3 defenders in circle marking man to man goal side etc. Coaching Points: - Rotation to start simultaneously between all 3 strikers; visual contact a must and audible may be trigger to start movement. - Ball carrier must have eyes up early to notice potential ball receivers. - One touch reception, second touch shot. - Shots to be low in opposite corner; man has to be on opposite post for deflection at all times. Progressions: Use a blocker defender in the middle cutting the ball inside or directly to goal, forcing cycle recipients and the ball carrier to focus on wide upright back stick receptions “over the shoulder” and shoot opposite corner. Can be applied to anywhere on the field particularly sideline hits to create space wide using depth. .
