What’s the Opportunity for NGOs in Vietnam? USAID is the major donor in health/disability services. They are focusing their assistance on the provinces which were the most heavily sprayed. Within these areas USAID is funding direct assistance to Vietnamese with severe disabilities and their families. USAID also funds adding capacity to local social services so these families can continue to get help after the project has finished.
