Has a risk analysis specific to the proposed supplier relationship been conducted with the internal customer and legal? Confirmation of acceptance of Client Companys T&Cs ? E.g. acceptance of Client Company T&Cs as a pre-requisite to quotation? Supply copy of the proposed contract with the invitation to tender or a top level summary of he key points that suppliers need to be aware of when quoting prices.
