Continuation of NPS Account As per PFRDA Regulations, if the subscriber does not desire to withdraw the funds on attaining 60 years of age then subscriber has the option to continue contributing till he/she attains 70 years of age In order to opt for Continuation of contribution under NPS, subscriber is required to initiate online request If subscriber is not able to initiate online request, associated POP will initiate request on behalf of the subscriber
Continuation Process For opting for continuation of contribution under NPS, subscriber is required to initiate the online request at least fifteen days before the attainment of age of 60 years Subscriber will initiate continuation request and associated POP will verify & authorize the same Once request is authorized, Subscriber will be able to contribute till 70 years of age

To initiate Continuation request, go to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/
Enter your 12 digit PRAN and enter password 110030535113 ********** Enter Captcha and click on Submit Button 53
Click on “Exit Withdrawal Request”
Click on “Initiate Deferment”
Select “New request” and click on Submit button

Select “Declaration for contribution”
Click on “Proceed” button
Kindly read pop up message and then click on “OK” button to proceed
Existing POP-SP name will be displayed. Click on “Proceed” Button
Confirmation screen will be displayed Confirmation screen will be displayed. Kindly click on “Confirm” button to complete the process
Once the continuation request is initiated successfully, an Acknowledgement Number will be generated Kindly inform your associated POP to Verify & Authorise request Once request is Authorised by associated POP, you will be able to contribute after 60 years of age
