This will be a 16,5 km lenght only bus lane, from North to South-East of the city.

Current projects and futur developments Advantages Faster and on-time buses (average speed of 20km/h instead of 10km/h) High frequency (every 3 minutes in the main bus lane) 50 new or rebuilt bus stations, better located, more comfortable and equipped for the RMP. New buses, more comfortable, better driving (optical guidance), with more capacity (25000 persons by day) Related projetcs To improve and promote public transportation, several projects related to the Busway are planned : Equipped secondary axis : Bus only lanes, priority for the bus at the intersections. Park and Ride located at the edge of the bus lanes

III. Current projects and futur developments Related projetcs Better connection between the different transport mode Regarding current lines, parts of their track and schedules will probably be modified to improve connections with the Busway line. Other projects Update the E-Ticketing for a better connection with the departmental and regional transports (Intercity buses, SNCF trains,…). Continue to make the network accessible to the RMP (bus equipments, bus stop improvements,…). Increase the Late Line by adding new lines and better frequency. (informal) Create new lines because some cities will no longer be served by intercity buses.

Conclusion 33 lines, 162 buses, trips by day Current network still can be improved The Busway project is a major part of the network development Mobility stakes : Improve the air quality, reduce the traffic, avoid noise problems
