»Be Safe »Use Respect »Show Responsibility

»Follow directions the 1 st time given. »Keep your hands, feet, objects, and inappropriate comments to yourself. »Remain seated-this means: back-to-back, bottom-to-bottom, and feet towards the floor. »Be responsible with personal items and keep food and drinks in backpacks & lunch containers. »Treat bus property and all other property with respect. »Follow your drivers instruction for voice level. »All district, school, and classroom rules apply.

Keep your hands, feet, objects, and inappropriate comments to yourself »If you can sit in your seat with the person next to you and carry on a respectful conversation without any arguments or physicality, then your bus ride should be easy and fun.

Remain seated-this means: back-to-back, bottom-to-bottom, and feet towards the floor »Drivers say that if the children they are transporting sit the way theyre supposed to it helps them. They can concentrate more on the roads and other drivers rather than having to look back at the kids every few seconds.

Be responsible with personal items and keep food and drinks in backpacks & lunch containers »Kids who take their lunch to school can use lunchboxes. »They can easily be carried in their backpacks or connected to them, therefore no one else can get a hold of them.

Treat bus property and all other property with respect »Taking your trash off the bus »Keeping the bus a respectable place to travel in

Follow your drivers instruction for voice level »0=Silent »1=Whisper »2=Normal Voice »3=Outside Voice

Summary Kids who follow the bus rules are more likely to have a more safe and fun ride. You help your drivers be more responsible and relaxed while transporting you from point A to point B.
