Free time......Free time or leisure time is very important in todays stressed out world.... People dont have much free time today. They go to work, school and they are tired after work or school.... There are many leisure activities out there. Usually people do sports or some activities.

...Of course many people prefer spend their free time in front of a TV or a computer. But it really isn´t good....A lot of young people spend their time on the internet. It isn´t bad, but if they spend a lot of time on the internet, so it really isn´t good.... Many scientific researches show that it´s unhealthy to sit in front of a TV or a computer more than 2 hours a day.

...But lot of people do some sport.... They can choose from a wide range of indoor or outdoor sports.... Statistics show that many young men prefer playing soccer or tennis whereas ladies prefer sports like biking, hiking or playing volleyball.... Sports are very good for getting rid of stress and bad thoughts.

...You feel wonderful afterwards and you are ready to face the daily problems of your life....We know a lot of sports, for example: snowboarding, volleyball, golf, aerobics, fishing, jogging, basketball, football, yoga, mountain biking, dance... And lot of another

A hobby doesnt need to have something in common with sports. You can collect objects of interests, this includes stamps, coins, bottles, stickers, flags and of course many more....Or lot of people spend their weekends shopping at the nearest supermarket or shopping centre.... Playing the musical instrument - the piano, the guitar, the drums, the flute, taking photos, painting, choir singing, drama acting, folk dancing, ball dancing, modern dancing are the hobbies of art.
