Instructions for understanding your questionnaire results Each slide shows the results of one question and there is also a summary slide for all questions relating to one of the areas identified as causing workplace stress. For details of these areas please refer to the guide provided. The score for each question is out of a maximum of 5, with a minimum score of 1. The higher the score then the lower the stress your staff are reporting facing, and the higher their likely wellbeing. However, it is also important to view your scores in relation to the benchmarks provided as it is easier to score more highly in some areas than others. The HSE benchmark has been created by them, using the results from 136 cross sector organisations. The schools decile is provided by us, based on those schools who have taken the questionnaire. These give you context for your score and will help you to focus on areas for improvment, The graphs show the percentage split of scores given by your staff.
