My Experience! Studied abroad in Japan in the Summer of 2016 with International Studies Abroad (ISA) Was able to get a total of $8,000 in scholarships! Earned 6 credits in Japanese Language! Made life long friends from several different countries.

APU Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) International school Located in Beppu, Japan Official course name: APU Gateway Program! Little Japanese experience needed, but PLEASE study before hand!

International Studies Abroad (ISA) Great partner program! Best Advisors ever Sadly, no longer offering Japanese Language Summer Intensive program. They do have a Tokyo program!

Why should you studied abroad in Asia? Collective Society Harder to access after graduation Learn about more about a culture radically different from yours It is BEAUTIFUL!

Finances Study Abroad can be expensive, but it also can be made affordable with scholarships! Semester programs are the easiest to get funded Summer are a little bit harder (STILL DOABLE)
