Putting Things Together Exploring Matters Further Getting Through Think it Over Discovering Language Developing Skills Putting Things Together Where do we go From Here? Exploring Matters Further

Getting Through It indicates the intermediate stage of the English Language Leaning (ELL). It makes the period when students are ‘getting through’ the passageway leading to their final year of studies. It is a vital stage where knowledge and skills are reinforced.

Principles of Getting Through The same principles of the CBA are applied: the three competencies described in the national curriculum are developed at all stages of the book through various tasks and situations. 1) Interact orally in English 2) Interpret oral and written messages 3) Produce oral and written messages

It is communicative It is task-based It encourages cooperative learning. (Constructivism) – ( the project) It integrates grammar learning It aims at promoting self-assessment It encourages learners’ reflections, curiosity and skills … It increases learners’ awareness of other cultures
