Factors contributing to short term recovery Short term recovery is mainly due to low oil prices, a weak Euro and the European Central Bank's easing monetary policy

Criteria to join the euro the budget deficit does not exceed 3% of GDP national debt does not exceed 60% of GDP the inflation rate does not exceed the average of the three best performance of 1.5% in long-term nominal interest rate of not more than three lowest inflation within two years of continuous fluctuations in the exchange rate within 2.25% exchange Rate

Problems and Future of the EU economy EMU(Economic and Monetary Union) whether it can enhance the international competitiveness of the EU EMU can become EU international financial crisis firewall? EMU on the EU's overall economic stability and growth whether useful?
