Red Cross Youth Basic Training Course Course syllabus (1) Objective：Disseminate Red Cross Spirit Stage ：Learning stage – compulsory program for Enrolment Aim：To equip the members of the basic knowledge of Red Cross and volunteering and enhance their motivation to participate in Red Cross Movement.
