Welcome Back! LA 6 (~Language Arts ~)

A little About Me: Graduated from CSULB with a BA in Liberal Studies Received my MA in Educational Technology Alumnae of the PVPUSD

Philosophy Statement: All students have the potential for success, and it is the responsibility of the educator to discover and nourish their potential in the most inspiring and structured ways possible.

Course Objectives To develop effective study habits and organizational skills. To facilitate creative writing, speaking, and thinking skills. To increase reading fluency and depth. To develop life long learners who use technology to enhance their studies. To create a community of well informed, responsible, caring citizens.

Policies Weekly homework assignments and due dates will be posted on the assignment board and Edlio. Late work is half off, and only allowed one day tardy. Extra credit is “extra” and will not always be available. Grades are determined based on points.
