There are 5 sub-plans that were created to meet the needs of students in all areas of academic, personal and career development. History Development at Century College National Community College Survey of Student Engagement Results Retention concerns Streamline student experience Best practice visit to Valencia Community College Counselor sabbatical created CareerPlan Steering Committee New student orientation (rolled out spring 2006) Collaboration with Office of the Chancellor (Minnesota State Colleges and University System) Additional information to add about the OOC is that we developed an advisory group with representatives across the system and system partners to take the Century content and adjust it to meet a state-wide need.

There is one in the fall and there is one in the spring. On each day, there are 60 to 70 presentations, and teachers meet with their students as well.
