“So much to do…So little time” Time Management tips for students

Time Management Make a To-Do List ever day. Use spare minutes wisely. tips for students Make a To-Do List ever day. Use spare minutes wisely. It’s ok to say, “NO.” Find the right time. Review your notes every day. Get a good night’s sleep. Communicate your schedule to others. Don’t waste time agonizing. Determine your priorities. List the most important at the top and do them first. And don’t forget to reward yourself for your accomplishments. Use your extra time to get things done (while commuting, before pick-up…) Keep short and long-term priorities in mind when making commitments. Know when you do things best… morning study, clean, etc. Important to go over things daily in case you are pop quizzed. A little goes a long way and you will have less to do before test day. Lack of sleep makes the day seem longer and more difficult to get through. Rest is needed to function properly. Let others in on when you are busy so they are not distracting you. Instead of agonizing or procrastinating, just get to it. Wasting time worrying about how much you have to do only adds to your stress and lowers productivity. You can’t do everything at once. Establishing the importance of each item you are working on is important. The final step is setting realistic goals.
