European Commission WE want to guarantee satisfactory project implementation Start to end measurement AND quantification of project outputs.... YOUR products and services Activity Reports are cross checked with the project application/ decision throughout the project’s implementation. If you report in time, we will make a payment ideally within 3 months, provided there are no serious errors. Communication and publicity is vital the NPA 2014-2020; the public should know about your project outputs

Overview of NPA reporting and claim procedures

Purpose of reporting activities To allow programme bodies to monitor the development of the project To help guarantee a satisfactory achievement of the project results To provide quantification and continuous quality assurance of project outputs (quality objectives) To allow a cross-check with the project application or decision. To collect information for the NPA’s Annual Implementation Report To help disseminate information about the project to the wider public. To identify best practices in project implementation and publicity To approve minor project changes pre-approved by the Secretariat To assess the project’s risk profile

Project report in eMS Workflow After the Partner Reports are submitted in eMS the Lead Partner can start to compile the Project Report. The Project Report consists of questions about the project’s activities, and delivery of the main outputs. Report Work packages Certificates Project report tables Attachments

Project report in eMS The second part of the Project Report contains the reporting per Work Package. The third part contains the certificates for the individual project partners. It is here that the Lead Partner can make deductions, if needed.

Project report in eMS The fourth part, Project report tables, gives a summary of the financial information, in other words the project claim. The final part is the Attachments, where partners upload relevant supporting materials. After completing the Project Report, the first tab will give a summary.
