Potential NHS HS Contribution To strengthen informal, collaborative links between health and justice agencies and their contribution to community planning. To promote smarter, joint outcomes and improvement in services and systems. To work with others to build an evidence informed, outcome informed resource which bridges health improvement, community justice and community planning.
