(Japan will provide a common format according to members request.) Phase 2 Provision of the information through integrated website Each member state arranges a website which integrates and provides the information collected in Phase 1. Also, APEC TPTWG secretariat establishes a portal page and links to each states website to provide all necessary information in an integrated manner. * No special budget excluding the expenses for the establishment of the portal page and the manpower of the secretariat is expected by APEC. provision of the information contributes to port authorities and private companies effective promotion activities Proposed Project (Phase 1 and Phase 2)
