In some cases, as in the movie Chocolat, a character makes chocolate for a living. In others, chocolate is a metaphor for a feeling or mood; in the movie Like Water for Chocolate, chocolate is central to a romantic relationship. Movies have even included chocolate as a way of advancing the plot, as with the race to find a chocolate bar containing a golden ticket in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Chocolate has also been the focus of at least one documentary, In Search of the Heart of Chocolate, to help us study the phenomenon of chocolate as a passion in itself. The Chocolate Museum
